A Testimonial from the school

Earlier this year we were approached by Intercraft Flooring Group to assist with replacing the carpet in some of the classrooms at our school. During the initial contact I had with them, they listened to me and asked the right questions to discern our needs. I found them to be very informative and helpful.

I was able to visualise the final outcome by viewing their wide portfolio of photos to see the work that they had previously performed. I found Ted to be very professional in his dealings with us. His attitude towards his own work gave me the confidence that I would be working with a company that was going to get the project completed within our tight time frame and to a high standard of workmanship.

The end result was incredible and beyond our expectations. The bright colours have completely transformed the atmosphere of the classrooms. We now have vibrant learning areas for both staff and students. I must say I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and cooperativeness that the installer displayed throughout the whole time he was here. It made a real impression on us when we saw that he cleaned up after himself and replaced all the furniture back to where it originally was, so that we could continue to conduct our operations at the school. He displayed himself in a respectful and courteous manner, something that we have hardly seen from other contractors.

We expected that replacing the flooring was not going to be an easy task to undertake for the school, and normally it isn’t. So we found it to be such a relief when Intercraft made the experience seem all too easy and lifted the burden that we originally faced.

It is without a doubt, I would definitely recommend Intercraft to anyone who requires professional flooring done on their premises. From concept to completion, the experience made us feel very comfortable working with them and confident knowing that they would look after us.”
